*Membership is effective on the 1st of the month in which payment is received. Membership renewal fee is due the 1st of the same month each year. The anniversary month of your membership is the month that you originally joined regardless of when payment is made. The two cleanings must be used within the membership year. The 12 month membership is due in full upon joining. Fees are based on standard fees at time of service.
